    Take full advantage of our exclusive 1:1 sessions with Jack. 1:1 sessions last for 1 hour. It doesn’t matter what your age or fitness level is, these sessions are individually tailored to your specific needs. Sessions focus on helping you to determine your fitness goals and we will create a unique programme that suits you.

    Within your programme you will also receive nutritional advice and guidance to give you a holistic way of approaching your overall health and fitness.

Home workouts for you to try!

Here’s a home workout for you to try. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Start off with a minimum of 2 rounds with a 45 second rest in between and if you’re feeling up to it, do a third round! You can do this 3 times a week or more to get started.
