Minimum 30 days, encouraging in-home community and a slower pace of exploration.
Currently, there’s no maximum.

We have an option to request a room as a couple or a group.
If booking as an individual, visitors are OK for a short period of time (up to 5 days) as long as the rest of your housemates are happy with it.

Yes, as long as there are no existing bookings of course.

Not at the moment unfortunately, Yon is an adult-only environment.

We don’t take instant, anonymous, bookings. Everyone has a chat with us where we sense-check motivations for staying and respect for the community.

The Yon community is made up of others who have bought into our philosophy and are there for the same reason as you.
Booking a room

Payment for the first period (one month) of your stay is due in full to secure your booking.
Follow-on payments for bookings longer than one month can be paid in regular monthly instalments. Each instalment is due 28 days before the next period begins. Failure to pay the invoice within 24 hours of it being issued will result in an automatic cancellation with your room immediately becoming bookable for another guest.

No, but Yon reserves the right to charge a value up to the total amount of the booking for any damage incurred by you to the room, home or building. It is your responsibility to flag anything that is damaged or faulty in your room when you check-in.

SHARED HOMES
For a full refund, you have 24 hours to cancel after your booking regardless of the time between booking and check-in date.
Beyond the initial 24 hour period you can cancel for a full refund with, at most, 30 days remaining before your check-in date. Within 30 days of check-in, no refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation.
If you are unhappy with the home and wish to move out, you must notify Yon within 7 days of arrival to receive a full refund for the remainder of your booking.

In our Shared homes, your towels and bed linen will be changed every second week.

In our Shared homes, professional cleans will take place on a weekly basis.

Yes, everything you’d need to live a ‘normal’ life, including a washing machine.
Our kitchen’s are equipped with basic essentials, cutlery, utensils, cleaning supplies etc.
