ATHENS -- As India ramps up cheap imports of Russian energy, Moscow appears eager to expand economic cooperation with the emerging South Asian power in other fields, though experts suggest commerce may not blossom as smoothly as the Kremlin might like.
A Russian official delegation is due to visit India in April for a "full-scale meeting" of a commission on Russian-Indian trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation, Russia's government announced in March.
