   Based on offline discussions, the proposal is to move Section 5 to an appendix as an informative text and add brief description of similar implementations of Account Chooser functionality that could be deployed. applicable text in Section 2 and 2.1 also needs to be revised based on this.

   Regarding Section 4 ("Dynamic Registration with Discovery Services"), the recommendation is to follow the approach by OpenID Connect specifications to include references to the Client Registration specification when applicable but not require that this is implemented for the Discovery spec.

   I think the core of the spec is still relevant but I suggest to remove sections 4 and 5.

   Section 4 is empty Section 5 describes the Account Chooser integration, because it has less benefits than we thought in 2015. Moreover, the discovery service itself could maintain a short list of accounts/selected IDPs.
