A selection that includes short films from Spain, Argentina, Burkina Faso, Brazil and the Netherlands that explores with passion, humor and a big heart some of the most important human rights issues.
This year's festival at the Koubek Center addresses issues of global reach such as immigration, gender violence, and the control of food by multinational corporations, as well as more personal matters such as bullying and the fight for respect by members of the LGBTQ community in several countries. The selection features films ranging from 1 to 37 minutes, including documentaries and works of fiction.
All films feature Spanish or English subtitles, depending on the original language.
