General Terms and Conditions for Purchase by Invoice with Klarna

  1. Klarna Bank AB (publ) (hereinafter: “Klarna”) offers the payment method “Purchase by Invoice” (Rechnungskauf) for customers of the online-shop or respectively its owner (merchants) as an external service. Purchase by Invoice is only available for consumers from the age of 18 years and above. Please note that by Purchase by Invoice, the delivery address, home address and billing address must be identical.

  2. The contract of sale of goods is concluded exclusively between you and the merchant. The contract of sale shall be governed by the terms of the merchant. In particular, the merchant is responsible for general customer inquiries (e.g. about the goods, delivery time, dispatch), returns, complaints, revoking- and entitlement claims as well as credits.

  3. Klarna takes over the invoiced claim of the merchant after completion of the purchase agreement and is in charge of the payment arrangements in connection with the contract of sale. Payments shall only be made to Klarna’s account specified within the invoice during the credit period granted by the merchant.

In the event that you do not meet all or part of your payment obligations according to the terms of payment, you will, without any further reminders, fall into default and be obligated to pay 8% default interest. Klarna is entitled to charge a reminder fee of up to CHF 30.00 as well as other fees, specifically for the costs of possible dunning processes. Klarna may also refuse further processing of payment of contracts of purchase as well as in regard to other merchants.

  4. You will be charged for any fees that occur when paying with inpayment slips at the post office.
