This is the initial registration form for the IBRAnet SCOUT Radar Localisation study.
If you have already registered, but have forgotten your details, please email
localisationstudy@gmail.com and we will attempt to rectify this. The study uses the MFT REDCap installation.

Please note, in providing this information you agree for your name, institution and contact information to be retained on a databased maintained by the SCOUT Study Team. It will be used to generate REDCap access and for study communication only and will not be used for marketing or shared with any third parties.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 you may have the following rights in respect of your personal data:

However, your rights to access, change or move your information are limited, as we need to manage your information in specific ways in order for the research to be reliable, accurate and regulatory compliant. If you stop working on the project, we will keep the information we have already obtained.
To help us keep your records up to date please inform the SCOUT team of any changes to your contact information or if you leave the organisation specified above.
