October Online Concert

Online concert on Friday 15th October, 7:30pm (Sydney time) featuring well-loved Australian artists Bruce Watson and Nerida Cuddy. 

Bruce Watson is an icon of the Australian folk scene and has played regularly at festivals, folk clubs and other venues throughout Australia. He is a masterful craftsman of songs, be they evocative and heart wrenching, or side-splittingly funny. His songs have won multiple awards and have been covered by performers of the calibre of Eric Bogle, Joe Dolce, Greg Champion, and other Australian and international performers. Bruce Watson's performances are joyful and thoroughly engaging, with witty lyrics and energetic presentation. 

Nerida Cuddy is a composer, musician and poet based in the beautiful NSW country town of Canowindra. With warm vocals and humour, a social conscience and story-telling style, Nerida has enjoyed resonance with folk audiences at live gigs and more recently through warm connections in several online folk clubs. Her songs reflect real emotional and narrative depth, living and breathing the landscape of rural Australia. Nerida's latest album of songs, "Woven", made its Sydney debut at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Folk Club in June 2021.
