IDENTIFICATION SHEET 2023
40th National Audio Visual Championships & 3rd International Photo Harmony Competition
Please read the following carefully before continuing.
1. The IPF National Audio Visual Championships is open only to members of IPF Affiliated Clubs & Societies
2. The International  Photo Harmony Competition is open to all AV Producers world wide
3. Complete a SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH SEQUENCE YOU ARE ENTERING
4. Complete all required sections of the form before attempting to submit
5. All sequences must be in the MP4 Video format and be submitted via file transfer to the email address
    provided in the "Invitation to Submit and Rules"  paperwork
6. Sequences will be hosted on a closed YouTube Channel until Friday 24th November 2023. (40 Days)
    The viewing link for the channel will be made available through the  IPF AV Mailing list once the results of
     the competition have been announced.
     Sequences will be deleted from YouTube on Friday 24th November 2023.
