Over the next few months ELBA will be facilitating a series of online finance consultancy sessions for ELBA community partners.

These two hour sessions offer ELBA community partners the chance to work with a small team of finance experts focussing primarily on writing a budget/ how to do a budget reconciliation OR how to do a cash flow forecast.

You will be able to use the time in the session to learn from experts some of the key principles associated with financial planning and management and have the opportunity to work together on your own budget OR your own cash flow forecast.
This will also be an opportunity to ask for advice and analyse your own financial position, depending on which of the above areas you want to focus on and get practical hands on support.

*In order to reserve your place on one of these sessions you must complete this form and be available for during one of the following dates/times:

1. 21st of June, 10am to 12pm
2. 24th of June, 10am to 12pm

Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis, however if you are unable to reserve a space we can prioritise you for the next session.

Please provide as much information as possible as this will help us match you with the right team of finance experts. Please also be aware that this matching process will take place at least a couple of weeks before the session- the volunteers might want to reach out to you to ask for additional information if they think it will make the session more effective.
