The summer fair might have been cancelled, and we've not had our run of cake fairs in 2021, but this is the year when the Tour de Bow comes home - take part and raise money for Chisenhale!

From 26th June until 5th September, Chisenhale will be playing host to the official Tour de Bow and *YOU* can be part of it.

This is how:

1. Over the 21 days of the Tour, try and complete some or all of the 21 stages in the Tour de Bow. Some are long, some short. Some fast, some slow. Some bumpy, some, hopefully not. Get your friends and family to sponsor you on completing it. How about £1 per stage? Maybe they can join you and raise money too.

2. Be creative! If cycling isn't your thing, why not set yourself a different "21 Stage" challenge? Maybe it's swimming 21 lengths of the swimming pool? Or doing 21 sit ups each morning? Perhaps its 21 keepie-uppies? Or reading 21 books? Whatever it is, it's your challenge. You decide, and get people to sponsor you using the sponsorship form handed out by the school.

3. Enter our *Family Time Trial* or the *King of the Mountain* competitions. Details are on the 21 "Stages" form / entries cost £2. (Virtual) Prize Giving Ceremony on Monday 19th July. FTT prize sponsored by Lee Valley Velo Park / KOM sponsored by Paradise Cycles.

4. Take part in some FREE cycling workshops thanks to ACTION FOR BOW and the LEARN.PLAY.CREATE PLAYGROUND. Details in the kids' book-bags. First come first served. Donations by suggestion.
