During this course you will learn about what pressures can affect children and their self-esteem, life changes and how this can impact children and positive ways in which you can support your children and guide them in feeling better about themselves and more confident.
This course is aimed at parents and carers with children of all ages
This course will be delivered online so you will need access to the internet, an email account and either a PC, laptop or tablet.
You will receive verbal and written feedback throughout the course from your teacher to advise you of the progress you are making.
You will achieve better understanding of what can cause your children to lose confidence and self-esteem and what you can do to support them in improving how they feel.
