LANL employees will ensure that all collaborators will have proper need to know for the information that is being shared. In addition, this system may be used to store, process, or display unclassified CUI, OUO, and LPI (proprietary information) with the exception of UCNI.
Note: Certain categories of CUI may have additional regulatory restrictions and users are required to comply with those restrictions.
* Absolutely no classified conversations, information sharing, or document viewing.
* No UCNI conversations are allowed. Export Control Information (ITAR, EAR, and NAP-23) is all allowed.
* Recordings of the video, voice or information may be conducted, but MUST be stored within the host computer.
* Waste, fraud and abuse polices apply to the LANL WebEx account. LANL employees must abide by Policy P821 Government Personal Property.
* Policy 223 Open Desktop Collaboration: Video Teleconferencing must be followed for all laboratory workers who use WebEx.
* WebEx is an authorized cloud service for use by LANL personnel, and is treated a Federal computer system. It is for authorized use only. Users (authorized or unauthorized) have no explicit or implicit expectation of privacy.
* Any or all uses of this system and all files on this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed to authorized site, Department of Energy, and law enforcement personnel, as well as authorized officials of other agencies, both domestic and foreign. By using this system, the user consents to such interception, monitoring, recording, copying, auditing, inspection, and disclosure at the discretion of authorized site or Department of Energy personnel.
