Origin Transport Consultants were commissioned by BMR London to redevelop Helena House in Sutton.
Helena House is a disused office building with 1,898 m² of B1 office floorspace.
The proposal seeks to demolish the existing office building and erect a new 9 storey building comprising of 2 retail/commercial units totalling up to 339m² of floorspace on the ground floor and 41 residential apartments on the floors above.
