Karl Henry has been helping people like you for nearly twenty years. Now, to celebrate the publication of Karl Henry’s Healthy Living Handbook, Karl is doing a series of roadshows. At each event he will lead participants through each aspect of health – food, movement and lifestyle – sharing tried and tested practical advice on how to become healthier and how to maintain life-changing habits. Participants will also join Karl in trying out a simple exercise routine that they can then do at home.

Tickets are €15. Ticket price includes a signed copy of Karl Henry's Healthy Living Handbook. . Your ticket entitles you to entry to Karl's talk and to one signed copy of Karl Henry's Healthy Living Handbook . A maximum of one book and one entry ticket per person. The events will take place in the following locations -
Cork - Kingsley Hotel, Thursday, 5th April at 6.30pm Dublin – Clontarf Castle, Friday, 6th April at 6.30pm Limerick – Savoy Hotel, Sunday, 8th at 1pm
