Keynote speaker

Luke Clements - Cerebra Professor of Law and Social Justice at the School of Law, Leeds University.

Luke’s academic research and litigation experience is primarily concerned with the rights of people who experience social exclusion, including disabled people and their carers.

Being a DDPO means that we are user led, with 75% of our trustees, and over half of our staff, being a disabled person. Founded in 1975, we provide free legal advice to disabled people and those who care for disabled people. We cover community care, employment, housing and welfare benefits. We also work on policy initiatives where our legal expertise adds value.

  • Ron Brown - Managing Director, HSNCare Ltd
  • Zena Bolwig – Co-director, Mackintosh Law

Working together to get the best outcomes with Local Authorities and Professional Staff.
