Chris Jackson steps down as UK HFCA chair

The UK set its course for a hydrogen future yesterday with the long-awaited unveiling of the country’s first-ever hydrogen strategy.

But the government’s focus on blue hydrogen and a “twin track” approach to hydrogen production was an unwelcomed anti-climax for many in the hydrogen industry, including Chris Jackson who stepped down as chair of the UK Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Association (UK HFCA) on Monday (August 16), prior to its release.
