Overview

This year’s University Mental Health Day  is all about the power of using your voice. We all have mental health, we all have stories to share and we can all use our voices to shape the future of student mental health. Come join the conversation with our festival including a creativity corner, table tennis, King's Pledge, support signposting and peer support space!

More details:

Creativity Corner:

A chance to try out mindful creativity and to recharge your mind.

Table Tennis:

Why not take a break, either between classes or at lunch, to come and see if you can beat us at a game of table tennis? Let's recognise the importance of physical and mental health at university.

King's Pledge:

Come chat to us about what mental health means to you, find out what support is available to you at King's and get some top tips on improving your mental wellbeing from your peers. Get your picture taken with the 'King's Pledge' to use our voices to speak up about mental health at our University.

University Mental Health Day is for everyone at King's because we all have mental health and are part of this University community where we talk about it. This event is student-led by the following groups: Think Mental, My Mind Matters Too, Our Shared Health, KCLSU Positive Peers and KCL Peer Supporters with support from KCLSU Wellbeing.
