Overview

This year’s University Mental Health Day  is all about the power of using your voice. We all have mental health, we all have stories to share and we can all use our voices to shape the future of student mental health. Join the conversation with our 'Mental Health and Me' student stories of mental health.

Come along to hear an inspirational personal testimony from Liz  about being a mature student at King’s and the impact a chronic illness can have on your mental health, and her experience living 'Life in Recovery'.

University Mental Health Day is for everyone at King's because we all have mental health and are part of this University community where we talk about it. This event is student-led by the following groups: Think Mental, My Mind Matters Too, Our Shared Health, KCLSU Positive Peers and KCL Peer Supporters with support from KCLSU Wellbeing.
