It is a busy world and it's now more important than ever to make sure you are focusing your attention in the right way to be productive and effective in business, to allow you to be satisfied that you are achieving your goals.
As part of National Women's Enterprise Day, Donegal Local Enterprise Office will host an event which offers the opportunity to consider how to best manage your time and the impact of this on your business performance.
The event will kick off with Moira Dunne of Be Productive, who will deliver a thought provoking talk on how to maximise your productivity and turn busy into productive. Moira prides herself on offering practical tips and tools to help entrepreneurs to make themselves more effective everyday.
Building on the insights from Moira, we will be joined by two female entrepreneurs, who will share their personal stories on how they have developed their businesses and how they manage the challenges to allow them to achieve results and drive the business on
