| Extreme overnight temps caused a power outage on the electrical provider side.This caused a power loss at the TB and all the VRUs to shutdown. |

| Upon discovery, we inquired about the power outage w/ our provider and learned that the power would not be restored in a timely manner. All production was then shut in and the venting ceased. |
