Matters that the Club considers as amounting to gross misconduct which could lead to you being asked to leave the club include (but are not limited to):
· Theft, whether stealing from the Club, other Members and volunteers, supporters, etc.
· Any form of fraud or bribery
· Other offences of dishonesty
· Falsifying, or attempts to falsify a qualification or stated requirement of the Club
· Falsifying, or attempts to falsify records, reports, accounts, whether or not for personal and/or financial gain
· Sexual misconduct
· Physical violence or bullying of members or volunteers or the public
· Serious and or deliberate damage to or misuse of Club property
· Possession, custody, control or use of illegal drugs / controlled drugs on the Club’s premises
· Deliberate and serious breach of the Club’s policies and/or rules, including but not restricted to health and safety policies/rules
· Gross negligence
· Conviction or disclosure of a criminal offence that is relevant to the Club member or volunteer’s on-going involvement with the club
· Conduct that brings the Club’s brand/reputation into disrepute, and/or causing offence to customers
· Discrimination, bullying or harassment of any person
· Refusal to obey reasonable instructions from the Club Chairperson or other committee member
· Unauthorised disclosure of Club confidential and/or restricted information
· Deliberately accessing Internet sites containing pornographic, offensive or obscene material either on company equipment or personal equipment whilst on Club premises.
